Belinda Garcia - 14 Purple Assistant Coach

Belinda (Bel) is a New Braunfels native. She attended New Braunfels High School (2001). While at NBHS, she helped her team capture the 2000 Volleyball State Championship (one of her greatest memories of being a Unicorn). She is excited to get back into the volleyball scene as an assistant coach. She once played for Centex and then coached for Centex for about five years, while in college. Her greatest memories growing up are from playing volleyball and just being a part of a team.

She is currently in her seventeenth year of teaching Math at Oak Run Middle School. She truly loves this middle school age group and is looking forward to working with them on the court. Bel and her husband, Oscar, have two kids, Ava (12) and Aiden (9) and a fur kid (Olaf).
