Caitlan Buettner - 17 Black Assistant Coach

Caitlan is currently a volleyball student-athlete at Texas State University and is scheduled to graduate this year. Buettner was born and raised in El Paso, TX, where she graduated from Eastwood High School. She started playing volleyball at age 13, and has grown in the sport as a middle hitter and pin hitter. Caitlan has previous experience coaching both indoor and beach volleyball. During her summers, she volunteered as an assistant at 915 United where she taught fundamental skills to middle school and high school players. She also coached the Men’s Texas State Team in their spring season, leading them to success. Outside of volleyball, her hobbies include: painting, watching horror movies, and cooking. Caitlan is excited to work with United VBA Athletes!
