Charli played a total of 7 years of club volleyball at the national level as a “utility” player and even continued to play the utility role in college volleyball. During her time at NSU, she helped Rocketfuel Volleyball Club open their first branch in Natchitoches, LA while gaining a couple years of coaching experience.

In Spring of 2020, Fouts interned at United VBA under Tracy Smith. Later that year she joined the Texas State Bobcats as the Graduate Assistant. She plans to graduate with a Masters in Exercise Sports Science in May of 2023. During her first year at Texas State, she was granted an American Volleyball Coaches Association “Coaches4Coaches” Scholarship, and has been mentored by her former club coach, Sean Huiet. Coach Charli is excited to continue her coaching career at United VBA for a third season.

Upon completing her master’s degree, Charli was promoted and moved into her current position as the Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator for Texas State.  We are so proud of Charli in her rise to the top of the collegiate coaching ranks and love having her in our U family!!
