Quick Facts

Kate Zora is the current Head Volleyball Coach and Girls’ Athletic Coordinator for HS and MS sports at New Braunfels High School. In her first year at NBHS, all 4 of her teams won the district championship. She is coming from Klein HS in North Houston where she led her teams to 4 back to back Regional Tournament appearances and was the 2020 State Finalist. Before Klein HS, she was A&M Consolidated HS in 2014 where she led the team in one season to their best finish in 29 years – State Semi-Finalist. Before moving to College Station, she grew up in Austin where she took over the Westwood HS program for 9 years with 4 trips to the Regional tournament.
Coach Zora is very excited to be coming to United VBA as the 12 Gray coach where she will be teaching the game to our youngest levels. She is very excited to instill the passion for volleyball that has burned in her heart for over 30 years.
