Kelly believes great coaching extends far beyond wins and losses. She is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, resilience, leadership, and a lifelong love for the game. Her goal is to develop not only better volleyball players, but stronger, healthier, and more capable young people who are prepared for success long after their playing careers are over.

When Kelly isn’t on the court, you’ll most likely find her with her family. Whether they’re dancing and cooking together in the kitchen, peppering with her daughter (who also plays volleyball), spending the day on the river in the Texas Hill Country, hiking with their German Shepherd, or simply enjoying the outdoors, staying active is a way of life. Her husband, is also a former Division I and European Professional baseball player and Head Coach, who now coaches youth baseball, making athletics, coaching, and mentorship a true family passion. Together, they’re committed to helping athletes discover that sports are about so much more than wins and losses. They’re an opportunity to build confidence, character, resilience, and friendships that last a lifetime.
