Quick Facts
Becca is from the Schertz/Cibolo area and has played volleyball for 10+ years in club, high school and college. She has court experience in every position but primarily played as a defensive specialist or libero in high school and college. While in high school, starting as the libero at Steele, Becca assisted in leading her team to multiple district championships and was voted as the district MVP her senior year. She still currently holds 3 records at Steele: digs in a match, serve receive % for a season, and serve receive % in a career. Becca began coaching club volleyball in La Vernia as a senior in high school and then in the Belton area where she attended college at the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor. She graduated college with a BBA in Business Management but decided to get her teaching certification to teach and coach. Becca was the JV/Assistant Varsity volleyball coach at Steele High School from 2018-2023. She is now an elementary Special Education teacher in Comal ISD. Becca moved to New Braunfels in 2020 and joined United VBA last year as the assistant coach for the 16 regional team.
Outside of volleyball, Becca is recently married to her husband, Clay. They enjoy fishing, hunting, watching sports, and hanging out with their labrador named Biggio.
Coach Becca loves the atmosphere and experience that United VBA provides for both its athletes and coaches. She is ready to continue to share her knowledge and love of volleyball with the next generation of players!
