Ian Evins’ volleyball journey began in high school, progressing from team manager to assistant over four years. After graduating at 16, he traveled to gain diverse experiences in trades, sports, and cultures.
Ian played two seasons of club volleyball before focusing on coaching and officiating. For 17 years, he has been both a club volleyball coach and an NFHS referee. As a coach, Ian has led teams to national championships. His officiating career includes presiding over state-level championships.
This dual role as coach and referee provides Ian with a comprehensive understanding of volleyball, which he leverages to develop players at United Volleyball Association. His unique background and extensive experience enable him to connect with athletes of all skill levels, fostering a growth-oriented environment.
